Welcome to CarHub! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CarHub mobile application (“App”), operated by CarHub (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using CarHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

1. Use of the App

  • CarHub provides a platform for users to buy, sell, and rent vehicles.

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

  • You must not misuse the App, including posting false, misleading, or harmful content.

2. User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Listings and Transactions

  • Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle listings, prices, and rental conditions.

  • CarHub is a platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers, sellers, or renters.

  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed vehicles.

4. Payments

  • Transactions may involve payments through third-party providers.

  • CarHub does not store payment details directly; all payments are processed securely by authorized providers.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to third-party payment terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, fraudulent, or harmful content.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or activities that could damage our reputation.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App’s functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to CarHub.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CarHub provides the App “as is” and does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted services.

  • We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarHub disclaims all liability related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

  • You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
